(I mentioned about our trip in my blog post from last Friday, which you can read below) but I will post about our trip to London Zoo for sure by the end of the week.
I didn't do all my Christmas shopping in the end, due to Henry not being well, but I have managed to buy all my son's birthday presents. Now it is just Christmas to think about.
I have some gifts but not all.
I am in love with a new song and type of music. I was playing some Enya last week, whilst getting on with some chores and because I have my tablet on Auto play, some other music plays once one album or song has finished. In any case this song comes on. I always know when it is a song I like, because I don't just hear it, but feel it too. It goes straight through me, to my heart and stomach. It was Annie Moses Band. The most beautiful sound of music I have ever heard. I haven't heard such a beautiful sounding music, since I saw Alexandra Bocelli at the London Palladium.
The song that was sung was originally written by John Lennon, and it is called "Grow Old Along With Me".
Please check this out now in the video below. Don't be surprised if it blows you away, as I have not stopped listening to this song, and there are some other great songs too. I have not stopped listening.
Like sports events, music is the one thing that can bring so many people together, yet it is such a special art. A piece of music or a song isn't just a sound, but a feeling. It can make you want to cover your ears, or make you feel as if your spirits have been lifted off the ground. When my brother used to tease me as a kid I would use music as a way of answering back, by putting on songs that I was feeling at the time such as Bon Jovi "You Give Love A Bad Name" or the one song he hate "Aching breaking heart".
If you are planning a wedding and looking for a song to play, that symbolises marriage, then listen to the song in the video above. It could be the song. You will know as soon as you hear it, if it is.
So I am going to end the blog here today, but I will back blogging in the week aswell.
Have a good week everyone and many thanks for reading,
