I love to journal and keep track of the good things in my life aswell as the things that worry me, but if you want to journal but don't know where to begin then I have created a Cheat Sheet for you to give you some ideas of what to write about.
You may want to use a separate piece of paper or notebook as when you start to journal you usually want to keep writing.
