This morning it was cold but sunny and as the sun was shining it was really lovely out, as I went for my run along the common this morning. However later on it got really grey and cold.
There is something special about being out in the morning mixing with nature. It not only wakes you up and sets you up on your day, but also helps clear the mind and be peaceful with yourself.
I have never enjoyed running and walking so much as I do now, especially since motherhood, as time to me is more precious than before, having a short amount, I feel I have to make the most of. seeing things through my son eyes, every minute of the day and treasure those peaceful moments.
Exercise you see doesn't have to be about how much you sweat, but of how much it makes you feel inside and about yourself.
Learning to be at peace with yourself can be tricky, and that is why getting up in the mornings go for a run or walk, can really discipline you to do that and focus on one thing and not try to do so many things at once.
So if you are looking for reasons to get out doors more and be fitter, than that sure is a really good reason to do so.
