![]() Hello once again, it is Friday and whilst many are looking forward to a long weekend, I am looking forward to getting my days work done on Saturday to then enjoy my Bank Holiday with my In-laws who are coming down this weekend to see us. This evening we are having a BBQ, that's if it doesn't bucket it down, like it did on the way back from the shops earlier. We had house stones and they were bloody cold too. I will be filming part of this weekend for my Days In My Life page and my Easter video will be coming up soon. My Boots haul I have uploaded will be up today at some point and trying to finish one of my books so I can do another book review for April. I filmed a new Self Confidence video to help those going through their Teens and having self esteem issues of their own at school and with life changes you go through from a child to a teenager. I am talking more about in this video about Finding Your Voice, as I do think as a teenager it is important you speak up, and if you are struggling at school or even in general with life, than speaking to someone will help even though at the time you may think that no one understands, as it can appear like that at times. It can be a confusing time of life. Too much can change, which can lead to feeling overwhelmed. I am also going to film my fitness video for 2016 and find another run to do this year, and I will this month ahead (May) create my fundraising page for when I take on the 25KM walk I am doing in September. So I wish everyone a great bank holiday and I will sharing my bank holiday weekend with you next week and filming it too, so watch this space. Plenty more to come and to share you parts of my world. Check out my new Gallery page I will adding images after writing this blog so do check this out aswell. Many thanks for reading, Carrie X

![]() A slight delay in this blog. I was installing new video software on my other Laptop, which took a lot longer than planned, but finally got it sorted and uploading another YouTube video as we speak my Spring Clean up so far. I have also been writing another new idea for a book, aswell as writing the second book of The Parenting Adventures. What I wanted to share in my Friday Feeling blog is about the film I finally got to see called "Before I go to sleep". This came out when my son Henry had arrived so I never got to see the film until now. I have read the book and would definitely recommend it. A great Summer read. It took me a few goes to even get passed the first two or so pages at first, but glad I kept with it and finally read on, as it was in the end a great thriller of a book. The film was acted brilliantly by Nicole Kidman and Colin Firth, it followed the book as written. The film could have been a bit longer, and kept the audience in suspense a lot longer before it reached the cliff hanger of the story, like it does in the book. Of course the film can't be too long, but I just felt it was a bit rushed through. I am really pleased I saw it at last. I think reading the book it kind of ruined the suspense of the film as I knew what would happen, but it is always great to see how these films that are from books are interpreted. This book was interpreted well and not too much was changed for the film which I was really happy about. There was one slight change which I am not going to say as it will kind ruin part of the story but if you have read the book and not seen the film yet and do, I would be interested to know if you spotted the item that was different to the book. I bought some bits from TK Maxx on Friday. There home range, craft collection and journals are my favourite part that if I won the lottery I would end up buying the whole lot.
I will post a photo of what I bought on my gallery page in the week, as I got some other images I wish to put up as I have some other goodies too. I will do a post of my fitness for 2016 too as I realised I haven't written anything about my training that much this year. I did do a video about it which has been lost so I will do another very soon. So until next week ahead. See you and have a great weekend people. Many thanks for reading, Carrie X ![]() Today was my last day of filming "My Days In My Life" video of our Easter Holiday. I didn't film all through out the day, but afterwards to give a short review of what I thought of the Batman Vs Superman film I went to see today, and to close the video of the "My Days In My Life" video, It has been a good time off, I think for all of us. Sometimes it is good, not to necessary to take time off to go on a vacation somewhere, but to do just recharge our batteries and do bits we not always able to do when we are both working. I enjoyed going to the pictures today. I thought the Batman vs Superman film was everything I expected, lots of action, not too much romance and unpredictable. I know everyone has their own expectation of these sorts of films, but these are mine. There are a lot of brilliant films to come. A new Independence day film is coming out, no Will Smith it seems in this one, but looks good never the less and XMEN are coming together again, and looking forward to seeing the Jungle Book Film. If you are big fans of the Warcraft Games then you'll be pleased to know that they have a made a Warcraft film aswell. ![]() After having some food and reading to my son, my husband and I, have chosen to have the England Ladies match on, which is the Euro 2017 Qualifier on BBC 2. It is so good, being a qualified Football coach myself that they are getting more of a following now. Just because ladies have boobs doesn't mean that we no nothing about the game or how to play it. I would love to see the ladies do well, and both the England men and the ladies win a trophy, it be great for the nation. Shortly we are going to watch the Kiefer Sutherland series 24 if not seen this I would recommend, as only seeing a few episodes myself in the passed, and my hubby being new to the series, we are already hooked and only on Series 1 Episode 5. Anyway have a great weekend, and see you next week. Many thanks for reading, Carrie x |
