For easter I cheated this year, ok so arrest me and take me to the "Not baking properly" prison if there is such a place. However I don't think you can knock these, as some are really good and do help save time. If you are new to baking then these are a great alternative to use instead of reading a recipe from scratch over and over and still feeling intimidated by the whole thing.
Here is my video showing the Betty Crockers Classic Coffee Cake Mix. I used this to make my Easter cake this year and even though this would never win me the trophy on Great British Bake off it was still worth making, and gave it my own personal touch.
