Here is another recipe I tried from my Slow-cooker book, my hubby bought for me "100 Easy Slow-Cooker Recipes". It is the Malaysian Mango curry, great for those who are vegetarians. Even though I do love eating meat, it is nice to have a meat free meal at least once a week. Also great if you have stuff in your cupboards that you need to use up.
