On the weekend of the 4th and 5th of June 2016 my husband and I went out to celebrate his birthday on the Saturday and then reunited with our son on Sunday, after we had seen the new Jungle Book film at the cinema. It was a brilliant weekend, and my husband and I had such a great day on the Saturday, going to the V&A Museum, to Hyde Park, a little shopping in Oxford Street, then went back through Hyde Park onto St James Park to our most favourite place the Southbank in London. We managed to find that there was a food festival happening along the Southbank too, and so we had a few drinks there before we headed on home. Here is the Days in My Life Video showing some of the bits from this weekend.

Sorry for sending this a few times. I like to write a little introduction at the top of my videos, but each time I posted my introduction wouldn't show. So going to try again. Here is my new Days In a Life video, sharing a Saturday I had off. Not always the case as I work at weekends, so it was nice to have this day to share spending time with my family. Here is my new Days in my life video of my Easter holiday. Sometimes we won't take a vacation as such but take sometime to make quality time for each other and had my husbands family come down, his brother and nephews, which we took them to one of our favourite places. Sharing my Valentines Weekend. On the Saturday we took Henry up London to the Natural History museum, was gong to do more, but the weather was very rainy so spent the rest of the day at home. Sunday we stayed local, but my hubby cooked a lovely two course meal. We decided to take another trip to the Southbank in London, after coming back from Lincoln hoping to still see the Christmas market but it had practically all gone. However we still had a great day. Here is the Days in my life video of our Christmas 2015 in Lincoln. See my Blog I posted to about our trip "Tales of our Christmas in Lincoln" We were there for a whole of 7 days, and it was a great, great Christmas holiday. We love the Southbank, in London especially at Christmas where they have a load of Christmas markets, pop-up bars and a Santa's Grotto. This goes all the way along from the London Eye to Tower Bridge.
Here is my video of my husband and I's visit this year to the Southbank, and we paid an extra visit after Christmas too. I will post this very soon. |
