Hi and welcome to my Spring Book Review, sorry it has been a while since posting a review. I did read a Christmas book since my last review, but felt it was too late to write a review on it so skipped a review. The book I read was called, Memoirs Of An Imaginary Friend, by Matthew Green. It is based on an an imaginary friend called Budo, whom is Max's imaginary friend, and tries to protect him from being bullied at school and is basically the only friend Max really has, as he is a bit of a loner and doesn't mix with the other kids and won't do activities like the other kids at school does, or behaves the same. Max lives in his own little bubble and the only person who really knows him is Budo. Max disappears whilst meeting one of the teaches outside of school and Budo goes to try and save him, to bring him back home, but he has to find him first. This was a really clever book as it is written by the imaginary friend point of view rather than from a real person and really tells the story of his real friend Max and of himself. It really is a well written book and definately be in my top ten favourite books I have read. I would give the book 10 out of 10.
