There are some exercises to try, for example working on creating new habits, by focusing on one habit at a time that you wish to change.
I disagreed about what he says about visualization about it doesn't work, as I think it does, it certainly has helped me, but I thought most the book I was really interesting. It is good to read from another person perception even if there are areas you find you don't agree with.
