Just finished this book, it teaches you techniques of how to be mindful but when you are at work, travelling, queuing and even when drinking a cup of tea. Meditation does not have to be sitting down crossed legged, no. It can be done anywhere, and you don't have to change posture. It is all about listening to your breathing and being in the now.
Some of the content I found to be repetitive, I think it was to go over the techniques, but I think it was a bit too much in some parts. Give 8 out of 10.
