Just finished this book, it teaches you techniques of how to be mindful but when you are at work, travelling, queuing and even when drinking a cup of tea. Meditation does not have to be sitting down crossed legged, no. It can be done anywhere, and you don't have to change posture. It is all about listening to your breathing and being in the now.
Some of the content I found to be repetitive, I think it was to go over the techniques, but I think it was a bit too much in some parts. Give 8 out of 10.

Was one of the books I have been reading as I was reading a few at the same time. I found this book in the library.
I wish I had found this book when I was a teenager, because it gives an insight to usual feelings and emotions you feel when you are teenager and giving advice on how to deal with the emotions of feeling different compared to other people, feeling under pressure when it comes to sex and drugs, and not being body confident.
I think a lot of teenagers will find this helpful as it can be a weird time of life as you can be confused and I know myself I lacked a lot of self-esteem and just needed to know I wasn't the only one. At the time it doesn't always feel that way.
This book even inspired me to do a new Self confidence video talking about my teenage years and finding your voice (will be uploaded soon), because some girls seem to thrive in their teens others struggle like I did and reading information to help me like in this book would have helped with my emotions and dealing with wanting to be a certain size or look a certain way, would have been so helpful and how to address my body confidence issues earlier on.
It even has a forward by Zoella who many would know from Youtube.
I would recommend this book, it was so straight-forward and to the point, and honest. Marks out of 10 a total 10.
