![]() Today was such a lovely day being out in the park and playing out in the garden with my son Henry. It was also great to come home after being out in the morning and chilling, being able to have some lunch and have a nice cup of tea with it. Now I am updating my blog for the start of this week whilst my husband plays on his Tablet, and we have Only Fools and Horses on, on UK Gold. I am not one for soaps but I do like my catch up TV as I have certain programmes I watch, such as I enjoyed The Voice (UK) this year with Boy George being one of the Coaches, Loose Women, Strictly Come Dancing when it is on, I enjoyed the Night Manager and we have been watching the Box Sets of True Blood and 24 that we can download from our Sky box. I do look forward to my evening meal. It is the one meal I always plan and make sure I have a good feed before I wind down for the end of the day, ready to go to bed. Quick way of baking jacket potatoes: > Prick the potatoes with a fork all the way around the spuds > Put in a saucepan of water so the water covers the potatoes > Put on hob, medium heat for 45 minutes > Preheat oven on 180 degrees > Drain potatoes and put in a baking tray and cook in the oven for an hour to an hour `15 minutes You can prepare and cook before hand, just cover in tin foil to keep in the heat and keep them warm. Anyway I hope tomorrow is also a nice day, and I will blog again on Friday. Have a good week everyone. Many thanks for reading, Carrie x
